Tapai
a traditional fermented food
made from glutinous rice~
taste sweet and a bit sour
smell a bit alcoholic
actually i don't like tapai at all because of the smell
but this time i tried it by adding ice cream~
the vanilla and chocolate cover up the smell of tapai
and this tapai is fermented not too long~
not that sour and i can accept it anyway^^

if you wanna try tapai but cannot accept the taste
can try this way~
